This ‘Taunton and Somerset Solicitors’ website has been created to showcase the services we offer to local people. While most of our work is carried out at a national level for clients across England and Wales, we value our local clients and wish to ensure that they too have access to our specialist services.

In 2012 we opened our office in Taunton to add to our existing offices in Barnstaple, Bideford, Braunton and South Molton. The move proved so successful that a year later we opened new, bigger premises at our current location on Bindon Road Business Park.
Our staff are recruited from the local area and are friendly and approachable.
We deal with legal disputes (including professional negligence, inheritance disputes, medical negligence and accident claims) on a No Win-No Fee basis and will always provide an initial assessment free of charge. We also offer conventional ‘private client’ services in relation;ation to property, wills and probate.
We have achieved Lexcel accreditation, the Law Society quality standard for excellence in client care. We are also recommended by the Legal 500 as one of the leading firms in the region.
