Elizabeth has carved a successful career in personal injury law after graduating from University College London, culminating in her being ranked as one of the ‘Leading Lawyers’ in the South West region by 2022 edition of The Legal 500, the independent guide to the legal profession.
Based at the firm’s Taunton office, she has a particular interest in abuse law. She is a supporter of Victim Support, her interest developing after she saw their Witness Service in action when a friend was attending the trial of her abuser. Elizabeth has run a marathon and an ultra-event (in which she covered 65 miles) to raise money for Victim Support.
After settling a recent car accident case for £750,000, Elizabeth’s client had this to say about her:
