A terrifying dog attack case that our Somerset based solicitors are dealing with has made the news headlines.

We are pursuing a compensation claim on behalf of the victim of the savage attack, which took place at a factory in the Midlands.

Two dogs escaped from a scrapyard. One attacked our client, while the other prevented paramedics from providing emergency treatment to the victim. Our client was subsequently taken to hospital where he had to undergo surgery.

The owner of the dogs has been prosecuted.

James McNally, a solicitor at our Taunton office who specialises in animal law, is now seeking compensation on behalf of the victim, and is dealing with his legal claim under our highly popular No Win – No Fee scheme.

James is known in the british media simply as ‘the dog bite solicitor’. He has given evidence on the subject to a Parliamentary Select Committee, and his expertise has resulted in him being named as Solicitor of the Year by the Devon and Somerset Law Society.

You can read all about the dog attack in this newspaper report.

How we can help you with your dog attack claim

James and his team deal with cases throughout the country on a No Win – No Fee basis, and often succeed where other firms have failed.

So, if you have been the victim of a dog attack in Somerset and want to know if you are entitled to receive compensation for your injuries, then call the experts on our free legal helpline, or send us an email with details of your case.
